The Experiential Seminar for Professionals:
Creating a Conscious Relationship

Come to this dynamic, informative seminar that will change the way you work with couples. This
seminar is a collaboration between you and your partner grounded in safety, respect, understanding
and empathy. Couples will learn skills that have been shown to transform relationship struggles into
personal growth and further deepen the bond between them.

  • Introductory Price: $249 per couple, early registration $199 

This seminar is a “learn by doing” experience for therapists and their partners/spouses.  You and your partner will participate in didactic presentations watch live demonstrations and video clips. Practice skills throughout this day long experience which you can begin to use immediately with your couples.  This is an experience between you and your partner.  There are opportunities to share with the group if you wish, but it is definitely not required.​

Steve Moore:  I have been an LCSW for 29 years and relocated to Chapel Hill from the DC metropolitan area two years ago.  I will admit that for many years, I was dissatisfied with my couples work and that of my peers.  I came across the work of Harville Hendrix called Imago Relationship Therapy. I combined it with recent learning in basic brain science and my skills as an Ericksonian brief psychotherapist and I have been very pleased with my results.  ​I have a passion for understanding relationships in both my professional and personal lives.  I instill a sense of curiosity in partners to learn about themselves and each other.  I get a great deal of joy out of helping couples reconnect.
